Rum Cake
Rum Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix ½ cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding ½ cup water
½ cup chopped pecans ½ cup Rum
4 eggs
Glaze:
1 cup sugar ¼ cup water
½ cup butter 1 oz. Rum
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pecans for 5 minutes. Arrange pecans on bottom of 8x12 baking pan. Pour in batter and bake 1 hour at 325*F. Remove and pierce thoroughly with toothpick. Immediately pour glaze over top. Cool completely before removing from pan.
