Broccoli Soufflé


1 large bunch broccoli-cut into pieces and steamed

3 eggs

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 lb. grated mild cheddar or medium cheddar cheese

1 cup mayonnaise


Combine eggs, soup, grated cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well in a large bowl. Stir in steamed broccoli pieces coating well. Transfer mixture into an oven proof casserole dish or baking pan. Bake at 375*F. until golden brown on top, cooked and set through and bubbling. Approximately 1 hour, check it at 45 minutes.
